The valley's wet season runs long enough to keep a north slope damp most of the year, and moss roots between asphalt granules, holds water against the mat, and lifts each tab as it grows. I had a very good experience with Interlock. From the initial presentation to the installation, I was very impressed with the knowledge and thorough nature of each step. The finished product looks beautiful too! To know that I have a lifetime warranty on my 'forever home' is incredibly peace giving. If a company offers you a lifetime warranty on everything but the color (that warranty expires after 30 years), you know they will do all they can to make the finished product perfect! My ONLY reason for not giving 5 stars was that during the estimate, we were told we'd need to replace plywood due to mold. When it came time to actually install the plywood, they needed to double the amount required which increased our bid by over $2K. Obviously I wish the original estimate had been more accurate. That said, our attic now has the correct amount of ventilation, fresh plywood with no mold, protected skylights and solar tubes and a beautiful finished product. I'm very happy! If I could give 4.5 stars, I would!
